January 2, 2012According to the Birmingham Mail, a Birmingham, England student has been honored with an award named after legendary BLACK SABBATH singer Ozzy Osbourne.
Helen Crothall was presented with the Ozzy Osbourne Development Award by Birmingham City University for passing her degree against all odds.
The 23-year-old BA Media and Communications student achieved a 2:1 in her BA Media and Communications (Music Industries) degree, despite losing her stepfather during her second year of her course.
Helen was also diagnosed with Aspergers Syndrome, a form of autism, while at university.
